My favorite part about real estate is all of the work that goes on behind the scenes. My background in project management comes in handy for my sellers and investors, as I've prepped dozens of properties for sale over the years. Whether you have a skeleton budget, or want to go all out, we are able to create a plan to get your home looking as good as possible before hitting the market.

I start off by taking a detailed look at your property, noting anything that stands out, and asking a few questions about the home. From there, I will create a punch list of things that we can do to make sure that the home will show in the best possible light. You approve any work that is done to the home. I can provide referrals for trusted service providers who can complete any projects.

If needed, my team is available to oversee the listing prep, and handle all of the daily tasks needed to get the house ready for our professional photographer. This option works great for families who don't have the time or patience to oversee the necessary projects, and is an ideal option for investors and owners who live further away from the property.
